Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium

2024 Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium

April 26, 2024  |  Eccles Health Sciences Education Building  |  Alumni Hall

Thank you for your interest in the Palliative Care & Hospice Symposium. This year's symposium will be held in-person on Friday, April 26th, at the Eccles Health Sciences Education Building here at the University of Utah. We are excited to be hosting this regional in-person educational event once again and have been impressed with the growing number of attendees each year.

This year's agenda is packed with practice-enhancing content. The faculty have been selected for their expertise and many are nationally known in the specialty of Palliative Care and Hospice.

Just a reminder that this symposium will be paperless in an effort to conserve resources. We will post handouts on this website one week prior to the symposium should you wish to print them on your own.

All attendees will be provided with a continental breakfast and lunch.

Who Should Attend?

Physicians, pharmacists, advance practice clinicians (APRN, CNS, PA), nurses, social workers, chaplains, and administrative professionals who are interested in gaining knowledge in primary and expert-level palliative care and hospice.

Credit will be provided for medicine and pharmacy/ACCME, nursing/CEU, and social work/NASW credit hours.

See you in April!

Thank you,

Holli Martinez FNP-BC, ACHPN, FPCN
